Building Renovation
We are two associates: James MALY Of MALY (more than 40 years’ experience) and Sylvain TRIOUX (10 years’ experience).
Our functioning is simple and reassuring. Our fees are a percentage of the total amount of your project.
Each contract is worked separately, according to its progress. A forecast schedule, for the whole length of work, is established before the beginning of the site.
You choose your material (brick, parquet floor, tiles…) and we will make sure that your wish is fulfilled.
We provide you with certificates of insurance of all companies involved (see advice)
VAT at 5.5% applies to our fees for any renovation works. Do not hesitate to contact us for further details on terms and conditions.
